For those who previously added antifreeze or alcohol, please completely drain them out, clean the water-cooling machine, and replace it with distilled water or pure water.
② Any antifreeze is corrosive!! Do not use antifreeze for an extended period of time, as doing so could lead to a greater loss than the initial problem. Corrosion can cause damage to the laser, the cutting head, and the internal water channels of the water-cooling machine.
③ Poor water quality and failure to change the water regularly will cause damage to the equipment. Please change the water frequently, everyone!
④ Pay attention to cleaning the water-cooling machine and inspecting the filter elements. Keep the water channels clean.
⑤ In May, the willows are lush and green, and the catkins float and dance with the wind. Please pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of the refrigeration machines to prevent any blockages from occurring.
Do not place any obstructions around the refrigeration machine to avoid hindering its heat dissipation! ！ The refrigeration machine needs to be cleaned frequently!! Use pure compressed air to clean the heat dissipation fins and other parts inside the refrigeration unit.
⑦ When the temperature rises, the water flow is low and the heat dissipation is poor, which may cause the laser to trigger a high-temperature alarm and stop working. Users who have installed air conditioning rooms should ensure that the temperature in the dehumidification mode of the air conditioner is within the range of around 25℃.
Also, be aware of the occurrence of condensation when the temperature is high and the humidity is high.
